Indian's Following Western Lifestyle is Not Good
Respected Sir, I don't have any personal issues against our legal system. My only question pertained to the acceptance of the narrative set by the government in the context of covid protocols. Our Honble and learned judges should have asked for evidence from the government instead of accepting everything stated by the government and hiding behind the glass partitions. This act of the judges greatly prejudiced against the citizens who had painstakingly prepared pleas to seek debate/clarifications from the government. In some instances the judges were not even ready to hear the citizens objections and imposed hefty fines against the PIL 's by stating that valuable time of the courts are wasted. I wanted to draw attention of all our group members at this type of actions by various courts across India. But on the contrary, some High Courts gave exemplary judgements. My humble opinion is that we should discuss the imposition of fines against the absence of wearing masks, (which the government was not empowered to collect fines), paying compensation towards the loss of livelihood consequent to the imposition of lockdowns and other protocols etc. Issues are many and it is high time that the public is made aware of the wrong measures that were mandated under the Disaster Management Act enforced by the government which sadly was left unchallenged by the judiciary. We as citizens need to be aware of Section 188, Articles 14, 19, 21, 51A etc. to name a few. Violation of the so called heart of the constitution viz; Article 21 has occurred rampantly.
Chief Justice of India D Y Chandrachud wrote letters to the chief justice of high courts where he said protocol facilities available for judges should not be used in a manner that is "liable to result in inconvenience to others or to bring public criticism of the judiciary." https://www.indiatoday.in/india/story/high-court-judge-loses-pet-dog-lets-out-anger-police-before-cooling-down-2410487-2023-07-23

- Buy my book Rule of Saintly Kings
- A kingdom, state, or empire must be governed under the instructions of saintly persons and brahmaášas like the Kumaras. When monarchy ruled throughout the world, the monarch was actually directed by a board of brahmaášas and saintly persons. The king, as the administrator of the state, executed his duties as a servant of the brahmaášas. It was not that the kings or brahmaášas were dictators, nor did they consider themselves proprietors of the state. The kings were also well versed in Vedic literature and thus were familiar with the injunction of Sri isopanisad: isavasyam idaáš sarvam — everything that exists belongs to the Supreme Personality of Godhead. In Bhagavad-gita Lord KášášŁáša also claims that He is the proprietor of all planetary systems (Sarva-Loka-maheĹvaram). Since this is the case, no one can claim to be the proprietor of the state. The king, president, or head of the state should always remember that he is not the proprietor but the servant.
