Resolution Condemning the Misbehavior of Kasiamma, Rajamma, Periyaswamy, Manikandan Against the Teachers at Sri Gopal Bhatta Gosvami Educational Centre

Whereas, the Sri Gopal Bhatta Gosvami Educational Centre is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment for both students and teachers; and

Whereas, the conduct and behavior of all individuals within the educational community are expected to align with the highest standards of respect, integrity, and professionalism; and

Whereas, on 19.5.2024, Kasiamma, Rajamma, Periyaswamy and Manikandan engaged in actions that is Organising Kangaroo Court that were deeply disrespectful and abusive towards the teachers at the Sri Gopal Bhatta Gosvami Educational Centre, undermining the authority and dignity of the educators and disrupting the educational environment; and

Whereas, such behavior is unacceptable and in direct violation of the policies and values upheld by the Sri Gopal Bhatta Gosvami Educational Centre; and

Whereas, it is imperative to address and condemn such actions to maintain the integrity of the educational institution and ensure a safe and supportive environment for all members;

Therefore, Be It Resolved That:

1. Condemnation of Actions:

   The Sri Gopal Bhatta Gosvami Educational Centre unequivocally condemns the actions of Kasiamma, Rajamma, Periyaswamy, and Manikandan recognizing their behavior as inappropriate, disrespectful, and harmful to the educational community.

2. Support for Teachers:

   The Centre expresses its full support for the teachers who were subjected to the misbehavior, acknowledging their dedication and professionalism in the face of such adversity.

3. Disciplinary Measures:

   Appropriate disciplinary actions, as outlined in the Centre’s policies, will be pursued against Kasiamma, Rajamma, Periyaswamy and Manikandan to address their misconduct and to prevent any recurrence of such behavior in the future.

4. Reaffirmation of Values:

   The Centre reaffirms its commitment to fostering a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment for all students, teachers, and staff. Any behavior contrary to these values will be addressed promptly and appropriately.

5. Preventive Measures:

   The Centre will implement additional measures, including workshops on respectful behavior and conflict resolution, to educate students on the importance of maintaining a positive and respectful educational environment.

6. Grievance Redressal:

   A clear and accessible grievance redressal mechanism will be reinforced, ensuring that any future incidents of misbehavior can be reported and addressed efficiently and effectively.

7.Communication with Stakeholders:

   This resolution will be communicated to all stakeholders, including students, parents, and staff, to reinforce the Centre’s stance on maintaining a respectful and supportive educational environment.

Be It Further Resolved That:

This resolution will take effect immediately and will be enforced rigorously to uphold the values and principles of the Sri Gopal Bhatta Gosvami Educational Centre.

அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்டது: ஸ்ரீ கோபால் பட்ட கோஸ்வாமி கல்வி மையத்தின் ஆசிரியர் கூட்டத்தில்

தீர்மானம்:
1. நிலையுரைத்தல்:

   - ஸ்ரீ கோபால் பட்ட கோஸ்வாமி கல்வி மையம் சிறந்த கல்வி, நற்பண்பு, ஒழுக்கம் ஆகியவற்றை மாணவர்களுக்கு கற்றுக்கொடுப்பதில் முக்கிய பங்கு வகிக்கின்றது.

   - ஆசிரியர்களின் தன்னலமற்ற சேவை மற்றும் அர்ப்பணிப்பு மாணவர்களின் மாபெரும் முன்னேற்றத்திற்கு வழிகாட்டுகிறது.

2. காரணம்:

   - திருமதி காசியம்மா, திருமதி ராஜம்மா, திரு. பெரியசாமி, மற்றும் திரு. மணிகண்டன் ஆகியோர் பள்ளி வளாகத்தில் ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு எதிராக காட்டிய தவறான நடத்தை மற்றும் மரியாதையற்ற செயல்களை மிகுந்த வருத்தத்துடன் குறிக்கின்றோம்.

   - இது பள்ளியின் ஒழுங்கு மற்றும் மரியாதைக்கு மிகப்பெரிய பாதிப்பை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது.

3. நடவடிக்கை:

   - திருமதி காசியம்மா, திருமதி ராஜம்மா, திரு. பெரியசாமி, மற்றும் திரு. மணிகண்டன் ஆகியோர் குறித்த முறையற்ற செய்கைகளுக்கு பள்ளி நிர்வாகத்தால் தக்க நடவடிக்கைகள் எடுக்கப்படும்.

   - அவர்களின் நடத்தை மீண்டும் எதிர்பார்க்கப்படமாட்டாது என்பதை உறுதிசெய்வது.

4. ஆதரவு:

   - அனைத்து மாணவர்களும் மற்றும் பெற்றோர்களும் கல்வி மையத்தின் ஒழுங்கு மற்றும் மரியாதை நிலைநிறுத்தல் நடவடிக்கைகளுக்கு முழு ஆதரவை அளிக்க வேண்டுகிறோம்.

   - பள்ளி வளாகத்தில் நல்லிணக்கம், ஒற்றுமை மற்றும் மரியாதை நிலைத்திருக்க முக்கியமான செயல்களை எடுத்துக்கொள்வது அவசியம்.

5. முடிவு:

   - இந்த தீர்மானம் அனைத்து மாணவர்களும், ஆசிரியர்களும் மற்றும் பணியாளர்களும் பின்பற்ற வேண்டியதாய் அறிவிக்கின்றது.

   - எதிர்காலத்தில் இத்தகைய சம்பவங்கள் மாறாதவாறு முன்னெச்சரிக்கை நடவடிக்கைகள் எடுக்கப்படும்.
